We take the time to understand your business


We offer a two-day onsite workshop (where possible) that enables us to help you to define your business & software requirements. During the workshop we conduct interviews with stakeholders, examine existing forms & reports and evaluate your current software tools. Our conclusions & recommendations for improving your maintenance processes will be presented in a written report.


The point of onboarding is to help our clients become acquainted, familiar, and confident with Collabaro’s features and take the stress out of the migration process. We will agree on an onboarding schedule with you and manage this alongside your nominated contact. Before going live, data collection forms and inspection reports need to be set up, and Collabaro needs to be configured to best suit your requirements. We can do this or train you to do it, providing you with the necessary support. Done correctly, it makes your life easier and helps build trust in us as a business. We take it seriously.


We provide training tailored to the needs of different Collabaro users. This can be delivered in a classroom setting or out in the field. Training is a mix of short presentations, product demonstrations and hands-on exercises. During the go-live phase, we can attend site to provide over-the-shoulder coaching and reassurance, if required. For large numbers of users, a 'train-the-trainer' approach would normally be adopted.


What separates us from other SAAS Field Service Platforms is our emphasis on Support. We are there when you need support and can deliver it in the way that best suits your organisational needs. While most offer a level of email support, we offer a help desk manned by Service Professionals who understand Collabaro and how to configure any changes you wish to make.
